Full payment is required to confirm any booking.
Basic Rental Requirements

Primary renter must be 21+ with valid insurance and a credit card in their name.

Drivers 18+ can be added if a qualifying 21+ renter is also on the reservation and both have valid coverage.

We require a credit card on file that matches the primary driver’s license.
Insurance Verification
We will verify coverage directly with your provider. Some companies may require you to be present on the call; we also offer quick digital verification via Axle, which we’ll link if needed.
Once verified, we’ll send your confirmation with:

All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking. We’re not here to micromanage your drive, but to protect our vehicles and your rental experience.
Responsibility & Rules

Renters are fully responsible for any damage, regardless of fault.

Use premium fuel only and save receipts.

Respect mileage limits outlined per car.

No off-roading, no track use.
Leaving Washington state? Just ask — we may allow it with written approval.

Return & Wrap-Up
Final Inspection

We’ll do a full walk around with you and take photos of the car’s condition.
Refueling

Return the car at the same fuel level to avoid refueling charges.
Cleaning Policy

You don’t need to clean the car.

If you do, please use a touchless car wash only.

We only charge a cleaning fee if the car is excessively dirty (e.g., spilled drinks, stains, smoke, mud — not leaves or light dust).
Late Returns

A late return fee applies if the car is returned past the agreed time.
Damage Found After Drop-Off

Sometimes, minor damage is missed during the return walkthrough and only found during our full post-rental cleaning process.

If that happens, we’ll only hold renters responsible if we have clear before/after photo evidence.
