A: Each rental day includes an allowance of 100 miles, with additional fees applied for every mile over this limit. You may opt for unlimited miles by paying an extra $200/day.
Q: Am I permitted to travel outside the state I rented the vehicle in?
A: No, you are not permitted to travel outside the state of Washington with your rental unless you have obtained written consent from Paladin Exotics.
Q: Is it possible to have the vehicle delivered to me?
A: Certainly! We offer vehicle delivery to the airport or any location within a 25-mile radius of our facility, for a fee that will be specified upon checkout.
Q: What is the minimum age requirement for renting a vehicle?
A: Renters must be at least 21 years old to rent any of our vehicles. Please see our requirements page to learn more.
Q: Which fuel grade should I use for the vehicle?
A: Please ensure to use 91 octane or higher fuel for all our vehicles, as using a lower grade may cause severe engine damage and result in fines. Remember to retain and provide all gas receipts.
Q: Are your vehicles smoke-free?
A: Yes, all our vehicles are strictly smoke-free. Cleaning fees will be applied if evidence of smoking is detected.
Q: Is there a security deposit required?
A: Yes, we do require security deposits. Please check requirements for more information.
Q: Can I add an additional driver to my rental?
A: Yes, you may add an additional driver, provided they meet the minimum age requirement and provide the necessary driving documentation. Additional fees may apply.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: If you cancel your rental within 24 hours, you will forfeit your entire daily rate and the associated taxes. However, if you have paid for extras such as prepaid gas or delivery, you will be eligible for a refund for those specific items.
Q: What do I need to provide when picking up the vehicle?
A: Please present your valid driver's license.
Q: Does the Hellcat come with Red Key?
A: Yes, but you must be 30 years of age or older to gain access. Renters 21-29 will be given the Black Key.
Q: Can I take the Ram TRX off roading?
A: No, to preserve the truck and make sure every guest has the ability to drive this truck in top condition, we do not allow off roading.
